At Aliya Battery House, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are processed.
Cancellation Before Delivery
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the battery has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel an order, call us at 98132 86148 or WhatsApp us. If the battery has already been dispatched, standard return conditions will apply.
Eligible for Refund/Return
You may request a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The battery delivered is defective or dead on arrival (DOA).
- The wrong battery model or specification was delivered.
- The battery fails to hold charge or perform as specified within the first 7 days of installation.
- The battery does not fit your vehicle due to incorrect specifications provided by our team.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Batteries that have been damaged due to customer misuse, overcharging, or incorrect installation by a third party.
- Batteries with physical damage, burns, cracks, or signs of tampering.
- Batteries installed in vehicles with faulty electrical systems (e.g., malfunctioning alternator).
- Old/exchange batteries that have already been processed for recycling.
- Refurbished or sale items marked as non-returnable.
Refund Process
- Report the Issue: Contact us within 7 days of delivery via phone or WhatsApp with your order details and photos/videos of the issue.
- Inspection: Our technician will inspect the battery at your location to verify the reported issue.
- Resolution: Based on the inspection, we will either replace the battery with an identical unit or process a full refund.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Replacement Policy
In most cases, we prefer to replace a defective battery with a new unit rather than issue a refund. Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the same model is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent or upgraded model at no extra cost, or a full refund at your discretion.
Old Battery Exchange
Old battery exchange is an integral part of our pricing. If you return a new battery, the exchange value of your old battery (if already collected by us) will be deducted from the refund amount. If you return the new battery with the original old battery intact, the full exchange value will be restored.
