1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aliya Battery House website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Aliya Battery House provides battery sales, installation, replacement, and related services for automobiles (cars, bikes), inverters, UPS systems, and commercial equipment. All products sold are genuine and sourced from authorized distributors.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, orders already placed at a confirmed price will be honored.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Old battery exchange values are determined at the time of delivery based on current scrap rates and battery condition.

4. Delivery & Installation

• We offer doorstep delivery and installation within Gurugram and surrounding areas.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, product availability, and traffic conditions.
• Customers must ensure the vehicle/site is accessible and safe for our technicians to perform installation.
• Same-day delivery is available for select products and locations, subject to order time and stock availability.

5. Warranty

All batteries come with manufacturer warranty as per the brand’s standard warranty terms. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice and warranty card. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by mishandling, improper usage, electrical faults, or physical damage.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aliya Battery House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
